In Outlook there's the possibility to create custom fields which are shown as columns.
The data of these additional created (custom) columns are not displayed after the mails are archived into the Vault.
The attached screenshot shows the Inbox with Custom Fields data available.
The support stated that this is by design. Enterprise Vault Outlook Add-In just doesn't display the information.
Please add this feature for Enterprise Vault. We really need this feature as the custom fields data is business critical.
