Only use the Administrator account SID for Upgrades, Fix Packs and Hotfixes

In the new version 7.1.4 the upgrade required that the administrator account = "Administrator" match the SID.  The admin account if renamed would not allow the upgrade.  For this upgrade the account had to be renamed to  "Administrator". 

Most organizations follow industry standard security best practices,  which strongly recommends renaming administrator accounts to something less identifiable. 

The 7.1.4 upgrade requires both admin account =  "Administrator" and the SID which caused troubleshooting, installation delays and unnecessary extra steps.

All previous versions of Clearwell (7.1.3, 7.1.2) did not have this requirement.  This request is to update development practices to to tie all future upgrades to only the SID versus SID and account name = "Administrator".
