No "Run Now" menu option for Archiving Task

We have an Enterprise Vault 2007 server for Exchange (on Windows 2003 Server)  -- v 7.5 and are beginning to migrate some users out of our system to another Exchange domain.   We have been doing it successfully at another site.   On this server -- we don't have the 'Run Now' option when we right-click on the Mailbox Archiving Task.   The task's status is 'Error' but archiving is working successfully.    Any ideas on how to get the 'Run Now' to appear or what could be wrong?
