Question concerning hotfix 10.0.1.1171

Our Vault servers (Targets: Exchange 2003/2010 and Netapp FSA) are in version 9.0.2 (hosted on W2K3) and we're preparing migration to x64 + upgrade to 10.0.2. Based on fact we've file archiving, I would like to know if hotfix listed below is included in last version (v10.0.2).

If it's not the case, I understand I must first upgrade to v10.0.1, apply this hofix, then upgrade to v10.0.2.
