When an OLE embedding is inserted into an email using Outlook and the email is sent in Rich Text format, Clearwell extracts these embeddings as attachments with names beginning "OLEAttach_". This only happens when the email is sent in Rich Text format.
These "OLEAttach_" files are in some binary format unknown to Clearwell, which means they cannot be individually viewed in either Clearwell Text or Native views.
The only way to see these embeddings, is by viewing the parent email in Native view. If an email contains more than one of these "OLEAttach_" files then it's not obvious how to match-up each one with what one sees when viewing the parent email in Native view. This makes tagging each "OLEAttach_" item difficult.
It would be good if Clearwell could decode the contents of these "OLEAttach_" files and handle them just like regular image attachments.
