Yes, I understand the Escalation Manager emails are being sent, and that part is working. What's not working, however, is how the Escalation Notices are being tracked.
If I send an escalation email for a Custodian to his/her manager, the manager can then click on the confirmation for the custodian, and the Defensibility Report shows that the Custodian has confirmed.
That's not how it's supposed to work.
For an immediate fix, I think you separate the escalation email body and not use the Hold Notice. Create a different text field for the Escalation Emails so the confirmation links are not sent with the Escalation Notices. Please fix.
