We have a customer who was in a quandary after creating a legal hold, adding custodians and sending out the notice. The problem was, one of the custodian was not the intended target. The end-user was really upset about this and create a big uproar about getting a notice.
What should the customer do?
Delete the Legal Hold, this will send out a release notification to all other custodian. Create a new legal hold and make sure that all the custodians are correct and resend the notice. But in doing so, the legal hold administrator has to explain the situation to all the custodians and it doesn't look good.
Our customer would like to have a custodian management within Legal Hold to perform the following:
1. Ability to add a new custodian and send the full notice (not just the short notice)
2. Ability to delete a custodian and send a notice to that custodian only.
