When escalation emails are sent out, the verbiage on the email is causing confusion for the custodian, and we'd like to be able to edit the wording. "Go To Confirmation Page" isn't intuitive enough for custodians to understand that they don't actually have to confirm the reminder but rather the link will just send them to a landing page of pending/active holds. Additionally, the reminder page and initial legal hold notice have the same "Go To Confirmation Page"; we would like to edit this so it's easier to understand the difference. We regularly get emails/calls from custodians who want to confirm their reminder notice but when they click on the link and it says "No pending holds".
In addition, we would like to edit the "No pending holds" verbiage under the Active/Pending Holds section of the Confirmation Page. When a custodian clicks on the "To Go Confirmation Page", it is confusing to see "No pending holds", because they think it means no holds altogether. We know that active hold(s) is listed below, but it is still confusing to the custodians who don't see/deal with this on a daily basis. It would be much better if we could edit this to say something like "No holds to acknowledge" or "No pending legal holds for you to respond to; see below for active holds".
