Migrating EV to a new Cluster

My organization currently has EV 10.0.3.1090 installed and we use it for Exchange. It is installed as a clustered resource on 2 Server 2008 R2 Nodes. We are migrating it to new hardware which is 2 new Server 2008 R2 nodes. New hardware and backedn storage. Is there documentation or information on the proper way to migrate from old cluster to new cluster to accomplish this?
